Membership Information
Meetings
Everyone is welcome to the monthly meetings held on the 4th Wednesday of each month, April to October at 7.30pm. They are held at McMahons Point Community Centre (lower level), 165 Blues Point Road, North Sydney (opposite the New Commodore Tavern). Meetings include specialist speakers, trip programmes, profiles on the latest gear, first aid, snowcraft, environmental issues & much more.

How Much Does It Cost?
Membership is due for renewal on April 1st each year. Membership categories are: Ordinary - $30.00 Single people 16 years of age and over. Family - $45.00 Includes spouse/partner and children up to 18 years of age. Application - Please use our form.
Newsletter
Members have access to the Club's newsletter, "Kick and Glide", which is published from April to October and is crammed full of useful information, track notes, trip descriptions, gear for sale, ski preparation and an up-to-date tour programme. Beginner Trips
The Club runs introductory trips with experienced people with an emphasis on safety. Skill development programmes include Beginners and Bronze Ski Challenge courses.
Intermediate Trips
The Club runs moderate trips with experienced leaders and people with similar skiing skills. Skill development programmes include Silver and Gold Ski Challenge courses.
Advanced Trips
We also run extended back country trips and ski the steep and deep for those so inclined! There are over seas trips from time to time.
Trips begin in June and end when the snow has gone - sometimes through to December!
Instruction
We place special emphasis on helping people to learn the art of skiing with instructional weekends lead by APSI qualified Club Cross Country Ski Instructors. We run ski tour leader development weekends lead by STLC qualified Club members. We emphasize fun, safety and skiing development.

Including The Hoppet.
Resort Telemarking
Including TELEFEST weekend.
Confederation of Bushwalking Clubs
The Club is a member of The Confederation of Bushwalking Clubs NSW. www.bushwalking.org.au
Cross Country Ski Patrol
Training Courses and member involvement.
Environment
We emphasise minimal impact skiing, environmental awareness and active support of organisations which preserve the environment - Confederation of Bushwalkers, N.P.W.S., KCROSS and Kosciuszko Huts Association.
Discounts & Hire
Club members enjoy equipment discounts at selected out door shops.
Four Mile Hut

Mawsons Hut
Club members are also involved in the maintenance of Mawsons Hut located in the Jagungal Wilderness area. People who attend two or more Mawsons work parties are invested into the Squirrel Ski Club.
